What is preorder?

When a model is in pre-order it means that it is in the process of production and that it will be available soon.

A shimpent date is always indicated on the product sheet for models only available in pre-order.

What is on demand?

When a model is on-demand it means that it will be produced upon order in our Barcelona workshop.

Consequently, we avoid overproduction while maintaining short delivery periods. The end date of the finished product will always be indicated on the product sheet.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has been placed within the hour, you can send an e-mail to

Out of stock

If a model is out of stock on our website, you can choose to be notified of its restock by e-mail by clicking on "notify me when avaible"


How can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking number by e-mail once the order is made.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Depending on the product availability:

· In stock product: 3 to 6 days

· On demand jacket / RTW : 4 to 8 weeks

· Pre-ordered item: Indicated on the product sheet

Are shipping fees covered by the brand?

Delivery is free of charge on all orders over 200€.

Do I have to pay custom fees?

Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders.

Which are the countries of delivery?

We do worldwide shipping.

What to do if I have a problem with my delivery?

Make a return

If the items received do not comply with the order, the customer may file a complaint by email or certified letter to receive a “return voucher” free of charge.

The email must contain the following:

· Title: “Product return”

· Order number

· The customer’s last name

· Delivery address

· Email address associated with the order

How long do I have to make a return?

The customer shall have a period of 14 days upon receiving the ordered items to return a product, the customer should only send an email to the following address:

Do you offer free returns?

Yes, all the returns that comply with the return conditions will be free of charge.

Can my return be refused?

The return of the product remains at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded if any of the following conditions is not met:

· Returned products must be new, unused, and, if applicable, in their original box.

· Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging (the box containing the purse must be in excellent condition).

· If any returned item is soiled or damaged by the customer, it will not be accepted.
