BOOKING CONDITIONS:

Use the “Mietis & You” page to schedule a 60–90 min session. - Creative Session
You and María will discuss models, leathers, colors, hardware, and any special touches. - Design Confirmation
Once you finalize, Mietis will create a digital mockup for you to approve. - Production
Your bag is handcrafted in Spain using high-quality leather. - Delivery
After production, your custom bag is shipped directly to you, no matter where you are.
IMPORTANT:
- To confirm the booking, a prepayment of €100 is required.
- This booking fee will be deducted from the total price of the bag purchased or customized.
- If the client does not attend the appointment, the booking fee will be non-refundable, except in the case of a justified reason.

Do I need any design experience to participate?
Not at all. The experience is fully guided by María Fontanellas, the creative director of Mietis. She will help you choose shapes, colors, leather finishes, and every detail. All you need to bring is your personal style and ideas.
How long is the appointment?
The creative session typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes, depending on how many models and color combinations you explore.
Where does the appointment take place?
Your appointment is held at the Mietis Boutique in Barcelona, in Carrer de València 276, a design-led space that reflects the brand’s colorful and architectural aesthetic. You can also do a Zoom call if coming to Barcelona is not an option for you.
Is there a cost for the appointment? Is the 100€ fee refundable?
The creative appointment has a 100€ booking fee.
This amount will be fully deducted from the final price of your custom Tatito.
The fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation or if you do not attend your appointment.
If you come to your session, the full amount is applied to your handbag purchase.
Can I choose any model in the Mietis collection?
At the moment, only the Tatito bag is available for customization.
More models will be added soon as the experience expands.
What can I customize on the Tatito?
You can personalize the leather, color palette, hardware, stitching, and specific design details. María will guide you through all available options to create a unique version that reflects your personal style.
How long does the production of my custom Tatito take?
Production typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of your design. Each bag is handcrafted in Spain by expert artisans.
Will my bag be shipped to my home?
Yes. Once your Tatito is finished, it will be safely packaged and shipped to your home, anywhere in the world.
Can I book the experience for someone else?
Absolutely. This makes a thoughtful and unforgettable gift for fashion lovers, design enthusiasts, or anyone visiting Barcelona looking for a unique experience.
You can book it in their name or purchase a gift voucher.
I’m visiting Barcelona for only a few days. Can I still participate?
Yes. You only need to attend the design appointment. Your customized Tatito will be produced and shipped to your home after your trip.
