3. Guarantee & Repairs

Warranty

All Mietis products include a 1-year legal warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Not covered: wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or exposure to liquids/extreme conditions.

Repairs: Our Atelier Service

Our bags are handmade in our own atelier in Barcelona, allowing us to restore and repair your piece with the same craftsmanship it was created with.

We offer:

Repairs are provided at a reasonable artisan cost.

4. Product Care

Our leather goods are crafted to age beautifully. To ensure longevity:
