Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and MIETIS will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Barcelona, Spain and the language of the contract is English.
All orders are fully traceable through our website. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
FIRST TIME ORDERS
For your security, first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder’s name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.
For details on your 14 day right of return, please see the Returns Policy section of the website. This section details your statutory rights of cancellation.
You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund provided you notify us in writing as set out in (2) below that you are exercising this right of cancellation no later than seven working days (i.e. excluding weekends and bank holidays) beginning with the day after you received your goods.

Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of returned goods or fail to return the goods to us, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses which we suffer.
If your goods are faulty or do not meet the description given on the site, we will refund the value of your order for those goods. For more information on how to return goods to us please refer to the Return Policy section of the site.
We recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact our Customer Service Team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
When will my pre-order ship?
The estimated shipping date is noted on the product page and in the checkout process. If you place an order with pre-order items and in-stock items, you will receive separate shipments and shipment confirmations when each item is dispatched.
When will I be charged?
When you place a pre-order with a credit or debit card, your card will only be authorized, meaning a temporary “hold” will be placed for the funds needed on your card. Your card will be charged when your pre-order item is shipped to you. If you place an order for multiple items, your card will be authorized for the total amount, and then charged for each item at the time of shipment: the separate charges will equal the original total authorization. If you pay with an alternate payment method, you will be charged in full when you place the order.
What happens if I order in-stock and pre-order items?
If you order products that are in-stock along with pre-order items, you will receive multiple shipments: we will ship you the in-stock item as soon as possible, and the pre-order item when it becomes available. If you paid with a credit or debit card, you will see 2 separate charges that will equal your total order amount, that will occur at the time of each shipment.
What happens if I order multiple pre-order items?
If you order more than one pre-order item, and they have different shipping dates, they may be sent together at the later shipping date.
What if I want to return a pre-order item?
Our regular return policy applies to pre-order items. You will have 14 days from when you receive the last item from your order to return any items from your order. For ease of return processing, we recommend only making one return shipment.
MIETIS offers free standard delivery.
Packages typically arrive within 2-6 days from the date we receive the order.
Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
Please note that any order made after 1pm (GMT +1) on Friday and throughout Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched for delivery on the Monday of the following week. Spanish national holidays, local public holidays in Madrid and bank holidays in the shipping destination countries can also lead to delays in deliveries.
All orders are shipped directly from Spain by DHL and requires a signature upon delivery. DHL usually operates between 9am- 6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).
MIETIS insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by MIETIS.
The order amount will be captured from your account as soon as your order has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund back to your account. The charge will be in the same currency as the prices you see on the website. Easy returns – if something doesn’t fit, just return it to us for an exchange or refund.

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, DinersClub and Iupay. Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.
You can choose to pay with credit card or your already registered PayPal account.
Our site features state-of-the-art security systems, offered by Cybersource, to encrypt and protect your payment details. Encryption makes your data illegible to MIETIS and to any third party, guaranteeing the total security of all transactions and of any card data you may wish to save in your account for future purchases.
MIETIS has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return centre for a refund or exchange.

If you don’t have an account, visit www.mietistudio.com/returns and enter the information for the order that you’d like to return to begin a return or exchange.
You can view your orders and must request a return or exchange item for any unwanted items.
Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
Close the box and tape it securely.
Place the pre-paid return shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information. The courier will bring the shipping label.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in a different colour or style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at mietistudio.com.
Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment from where the purchase was made. If the complete order is returned the refund will include standard delivery costs from Acne Studios to you. Please note that in case of a written notice and proof of a return to Acne Studios within 14 days upon arrival, we will issue a refund latest on day 14. In case we have not received a written proof of a return, we allow 30 days to issue a refund.
Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.
You will receive your MIETIS order in our extraordinary packaging. The items will come protected by a cotton cover in herringbone grey, with an anagram label. Products are arranged in our signature smokey white gift box.
